FAQ

How much is the down payment and when is it due?

Weddings: The down payment is half the total cost of the package, which is non-refundable and secures your date! The second half is due two weeks prior to the wedding day.

Births: For the Baby Package, due to the nature of births and the unpredictability of knowing the day the baby will come, I send an invoice after the birth for the images. For the Baby + Bump package and the Baby, Bump, + Beyond package, you pay $300 upon booking, which secures your maternity session spot. The rest is invoiced after the birth.

Seniors: The down payment is half the total cost of the package, which is non-refundable and secures your session! The second half is due one week prior to the session.

How do i pay my invoice?

I send out an invoice through Square, which you can then pay with your debit or credit card. I also accept cash, Paypal, Venmo, or check.

When will i receive my photo gallery/video?

Weddings: Approximately 8 to 10 weeks after the wedding day.

All Other: Approximately 3-4 weeks after the shoot.

For All Clients: You will receive a “Sneak Peaks” Gallery of up to 15 images within three days of any shoot, including weddings.

Are there travel expenses?

There is no travel fee within 30 miles of Appleton, WI. After that, it is 50 cents per mile. If the event or wedding takes place more than 2 hours from Appleton, I may require lodging.

For out of state weddings, I require lodging and airfare/travel expenses, if applicable. If you are hiring me for your eastern Pennsylvania wedding- I may be able to offer you a discount on my travel fees. Let’s chat. :)

Who owns the copyright?

I, Annika Leon, will own the copyright to your images, but will send you a print release allowing you to print them for personal use wherever you would like!

ARE WE GOING TO HAVE AN AWESOME EXPERIENCE?

That’s my goal! As long as you and your loved one can snuggle up and give each other lots of hugs and kisses, my job will be easy!

what’s your CANCELLATION POLICY:

The down payment is non-refundable. If you need to change the date of your wedding, there will be a $300 transfer fee if I am available on your new day. If I am not available on your new day, you will not be responsible for any future payments, but you will still not receive your non-refundable down-payment.
